I don't know why so many people don't seem to like Victini, I think it's cute. :3 Even though I like its blue eyes, when I was drawing them I started to think: what would it look like if Victini's eyes didn't have that white spot of light reflecting? It doesn't have any pupils, so is it blind or something? I know, I know, I shouldn't overthink it.

I made lots of mistakes with the lineart again, and I'm not sure if the shading works either. I added the blue glow because... I felt like it? The eyes were also hard to make look good with only colored pencils. It kinda looked better in the original sketch. But meh, I guess it's still alright.
