Description This is another version of my previous 'The Terminal' artwork but this time in 3D and much more developed.

This is also my humble entry to Ballistic ExposΓ© 10. Btw you can join me on CGsociety and CGtalk @ [link] , I would be glad to have you in my network over there too...

This is another terrain I designed with Vue 9, spaceships modelled with 3DSmax, and all postwork done in Photoshop CS3 to make everything more lively, realistic and full of details.

No hidden Jedi this time guys, dont waste your time ah ah but quite a lot of little things, lights and stuff here and there.

I had lots of fun doing it and should pass onto something different next time!!

Oui c'est moi J'ai sorti dernièrement un petit tut sur les bases du texturing aussi.
Mais lΓ  en ce moment, avec ma prepa j'ai franchement pas le temps de faire du graphisme ;(

Very, very cool. This deserves the term 'epic'!

Excellent job and you know, I totally approve of your statement regarding the Photoshop postwork. If more artists would do that, a lot of mediocre sci-fi work that keeps popping up would be outstanding.

One tiny glow here and there and your image is already so much better!

Thank you!! i wouldn't be able to upload something 100% 3D, I always need to work it on photoshop... I feel more at ease finishing the image on photoshop.

Same here. Photoshop gives much more control over tiny things and details you could never hope to achieve in a 3D render. And since a still needs to show all the detail you can imagine to make it come alive, Photoshop it is!

Fantastic work! I love the camera angle in which you dipict all the action. I feel as through I am flying into all of it with the other ships. It's totally stunning in it's character, concept and level of detail. I can tell you put a lot of time into this.
