So pretty (and adorable)! *-* I really like this shining/glowing shading technique you're using. It's...well, radiant! XD The little spots on her fur and on her scarf (that is a scarf, right?) remind me of constellations.

When you go to save your image that you want transparent make sure it is save a .PNG file. Png files allow you to have a transparent background. When Sai asks you to click one of these two options:
-24bpp RGB
or
-32bpp ARGB (Each Pixel Have Opacity
Click on the -32bpp then click ok.
If Sai does not give you the chance to click on two options then your missing files for Sai. Sai will not let you save like that if your missing any files.
