yea, i know...traditional pose for a winged-person, but hey, i liked it.if this stomach bug has gotten me anything is a sudden inspiration for drawing...go figure...

Try to make the head more... round. It's very flatish and oval right now - it might help you to look up some figure drawings online for references. References help a lot when you're learning how to draw anatomy correctly. The feather pattern isn't bad though.
Oh, and sorry I couldn't make it to the Father-Daughter Dance or the spa thing or ANYTHING this weekend... I was a little caught up in being with Brian and completely forgot that it was this weekend. I feel pretty bad, but I figure I've put in about seven years worth of Father-Daughter Dances? More? I wish I'd known though. Oh well.
