I enjoy how you've combined your love for rock climbing with a type of figure/lighting study.
this is a stunningly poignant pose and well composed. The shadows I feel work very well to show their muscle tone. The only technical item I would have done differently would be to bounce some light off of the man's pants/feet so that they didn't disappear into the background.
