I think the concept is great. She's got a fantastic body for this type of work, and the classic, almost biblical pose works well.
The image is a little dark, some levels tweaking would fix that.
And it's a little small

I like how the ropes flow around her - not quite like they're binding her, but as if they're a part of her.
