He is a a rather smart but weak child, and this is the reason why he is not seen as fit for the throne. Eurus looks very differently from Rhea and Nyx, but Rhea and him have a similar personality when it comes to ruling and discussing matters in a rather serious way. Rhea is the one that took care of him mostly after their parents died during the Rebellion of Lemin, and after she ascended the throne.
►Xirvina G. Adonis Rhaturo: Rhaturo is the past king of Xirvina-Ellia Kingdom(a.k.a Xillia Kingdom). He is the father of Duke Eurus, Duchess Nyx, First Prince Ashtaroth and Queen Rhea I. Rhaturo was a strict father to Rhea, always to assure that she will learn everything that she needs to learn to be the leader of the united kingdom. He proclaimed Rhea to be the next in throne right before he died and gave her the Typhon that controls all the monsters of Xillia Kingdom.
►Ellia G. Avodania: is the first queen, Rhea's mother, and whom King Rhaturo was married to in order to unite Xirvina and Ellia Kingdom as one again. She died when Rhea was still 4 years old. They have a good mother-daughter relationship until her death.
►Eric Fireheart: (owned by Frankenbeanz254 ) Though Rhea is really annoyed by him, she still respect him and see him as a brother she never had. They tend to bicker and argue a lot to the point they would fight. However in serious situation and times, they are a formidable duo.

►Typhon: An ancestral accessory that's passed down through the royalties since the Ancient Queen's reign. It is a device created out of red-diamond and gems that came from the heart of Xillia Kingdom with golden threads that holds it all. Its purpose was to control of the beasts that resides in the kingdom. It is considered as one of the Ancient Weapons that Joyboy used against the 20 kingdoms, although no one ever knew how he controlled it and the beasts when he's not even a Drakonian.The Ancient Queen then used it against the 20 kingdoms right after the void century to protect her people. All that is known about this weapon is that it controls the dragons in the island that could create artificial disasters like tornadoes, whirlpools and earthquakes. Typhon is a powerful object that distributed energy to the land. King Rhaturo first used this as a bracelet
►Yggrid: the first and only hybrid of his kind. He's half a Water Serpent and half a Thermo-Aerial Bird. He can glide to the Sky Island whenever he wants to, he could dive as deep as 2000 kilometers deep into the oceans and could last underwater for minutes. He's a highly trained dragon that Rhea bred herself from her first two dragons. Yggrid is very loyal to Rhea, and only moves according to her orders.
►Echidna: a long sword that's made out of the material similar to Typhon. It's a sword with red-diamond blade that could cut through any dragon's hard skin and kill them instantly.
►Rapiers: Rhea keeps hundreds of thousands of them hiding at th corners of hr castle "just in case."

Haoshoku no Haki [8/10] - it is a trait that is fit to be a king in Xillia Kingdom. Rhea has become the next in line of throne as soon as the king discovers that Rhea inherited his King's Haki.
Kenbunshoku no Haki [9/10] - Rhea has a really wide and powerful Observation Haki that she can sense an incoming ship 5 kilometers away from her island. Rhea learned this from the past General that trained her when she's still a young warrior and a sky raider of the Kingdom, but then she harnessed it for years until her observation haki has become very wide.
Busoshoku no Haki [8/10] - another haki that Rhea learned from their late general. Rhea only use this if she's in the mood of fighting closely since she always use Yggrid to attack enemies.

Offense
Goat's Feet - Standing from her position, Rhea will move in a very fast motion, as if she teleported away from her position right in front of her enemy. Her hands are gestured in a v-like shape, her middle finger and ring finger away from each other while they are attached to the pinkie and index finger. Her hand would immediately be covered in Armament Haki, and with great force, she will "slap" her enemy's chest that can send them flying out of the battle grounds. If this is used against a normal human, it can cause broken ribs, and even death.
Needle: Rhea will pull a rapier out, and strike immediately at her enemy, stabbing them at their stomach.
   Needle: Black Lotus: A needle attack induced with armament haki. This is mostly used against devil fruit users.
     Needle Rain: Rhea will leap away from the scene, and let the hiding rapiers out to all of the directions.
"Yggrid." with just a word, Yggrid will come at once and bite into Rhea's enemy in great speed and force.
Echidna: Rhea sway the Echidna sword high and prepare to strike a dragon that's her target, and then she will either slash it or stab its body. She only use this once when she killed the corrupted dragons of Lemin and his rebels, and she never intends to use this again.

Typhon
Charibdys and Scylla: With her command, the Typhon will glow as she gestured her hands, her right hand motioning aobve her left one in a circular motion. Seconds after, a big whirlpool will appear at her desired part of the sea, created by Water Serpents. The whirlpool then sucks in a ship that can be as big as a Marine Warship, and as the ship comes closer into the eye of the whirlpool, a larger sea serpent will come out of it and bite into the ship, snapping it into pieces. She mostly use this when troublesome pirates drop by their kingdom and try to intimidate her.
"Aim, Fire!" using a rapier and the Typhon, Rhea commands a desired amount of Thermo-Aerial birds and make them breath fir towards a group of enemies. She mainly use this to eliminate a pirate group immediately.
Aria: Rhea will first put her hands onto her ears and cover them before she commands an Aerial bird to come in front of her, and scream loudly that can stun and confuse her enemies for a while. This can give her enough time to command a Phoenix Firebird attack.
Aria no Sekkai(World Aria): An Aria attack but with the whole race of Aerial Birds to scream through the skies. It can make someone pass out from the loud screeching that can last for a minute. It can also make Rhea deaf for a little while, as well. She rarely use this attack.
Phoenix Firebirds: Using a desired amount of Thermo-Aerial Birds, Rhea "connects" them with her hands and make them launch towards her enemy from the sky with their bodies set on fire. She will either have their heated claws struck at her enemy, or lunge them. This lasts for a5-10 minutes before Rhea would feel her energy's drained.
Amaterasu: No one will notice this, but Rhea always have a Thermo-Aerial Bird flying under the sun and make itself invisible with the light. When Rhea commands it for an attack, it will dive down or move in inhuman speed and have its hard pointed beak strike at the enemy.
Anemoi: Rhea will use half of her power to command the whole race of Aerial and Thermo-Aerial birds to fly in a circular way around the battle ground or even an island. As they glide faster, the bird-like dragons would then create a large tornado that can destroy an island. Rhea only used this attack against a neighboring island where a group of bandits attacked her people and stole some of her young dragons to sell for a high price at the auction. The land was left in devastation after her attack with the group's head stabbed onto spears and planted into the beach. After this story has spread into the neighboring islands, no one has ever dared to face the Queen of the Dragons ever again.
