I went to a local Homecoming parade this weekend, among the participants was a man driving a 1937 Ford. He graciously allowed me to take the photo.Texture by Shadowhouse Textures and my own.

Out of 68 comments know one noted it is a 1936 Ford three window coupe. Still a nice shot though.

i remember as a kid, going to the stock car
races with my older brothers. almost all of
the cars were '37 Ford coupes, just like this
one. though they were, for the day, highly
produced, today they're exceptionally rare,
because so many were wrecked, racing.

When I got my driver's license my Dad bought me a ~slightly~ used (actually it looked like a wreck! Haa!) 1952 Chevrolet for about $100.00. My uncle owned a body shop and he renovated it inside and out; I loved that car.
