Description
This is a colored pencils creation--after the finished results I took it to photoshop and enhanced it a bit to keep the colors vibrant. and smooth out the edges. Not too long ago dealing with some health issues I discovered the importance of Vitamin D of wihch our main source is the sun. When I started drawing this I really didn't know where I was going with it--but here it is, Plug Into the SunRelated content

It seems many people are D-Deficient these days. At least this is what my primary care person told me, when she went over some blood work with me from a while back, and told me I was very much deficient in D.
Because I live where we don't actually get much sun, trying to go outside more doesn't actually help too much more. Gotta love the rain, if you live where I do. 
Anyway, super concept executed marvelously!

I was also low in Vitamin D, you might try cod-liver oil along with the supplement---it taste yuky, haha--- but it helps immensely!
