Captures the look of an anime girl. The shadows of the girl against the curtain add dimension but could be more defined. The hair could be flowing a tad more, but the hands are awesome.

Nice work on the cel shading; it looks like it came straight from the anime. However, the helmet looks unbalanced since it's just... floating there... on its side. Perhaps if it was in a more natural position it would look more believable.

I have to agree with my previous commenter, her pose looks a bit stiff and I think her arms are too long.
Especially her (from the viewer) left arm. THe part from shoulder to elbow is fine but from elbow to her wrist it's definitely too long. Compared to her other arm you'll notice that her arms have different lengths as well.
Also I think her face looks a bit off, to me it seems like her (from the viewer) left eye is a bit displaced to the left. But that might also be a style thing. Except of that I'm really in love with the cel-shading here. It looks awesome to me. Just keep practising anatomy and you'll become better soon 8D

Your cel shading is very nice and tidy, my only crit is your lightsource seems inconsistent, the shadows seeming dropped on haphazardly. Consistency will really help push this image up.
