Vision. Very good, good concept, and comes from my favorite anime so I may be a bit biased. It comes off really good with the glass-shiney looking back ground, I personally don't think the heart fits in tho. (Just my opinion.)
Originality. Won't give this one a rating because it was a commission. But ponies x Kill la Kill is never been seen in my eyes before so a 1 originality for you.
Technique. Very good shine shading on the hooves and tail. I specifically like the shading on the hair/mane the most!
Impact is overall great. It leaves a nice feeling to the user of how lyra may feel embarrassed in that outfit due to her look. I love the little fur at the top of where Senketsu splits like a v-neck. And the way you did her muzzle is just perfect. Leaves a great impact on the person viewing it who is a fan of KlK and is a brony/likes MLP:FiM. ^^
