I did make a cuttie mark and a pony form for Queen Calliphora her cutte mark would be a Crystal Ball www.deviantart.com/art/What-ar…
The idea of it being a Crystal Ball is that she can see into the other side to see and talk to the dead. She also uses the Crystal Ball cutie mark to show off she is a physic to get ponies to show up so she can talk to their loved ones and collect a small fee.

I picture Queen Calliphora being a very old Changeling Queen that is so old the characters are shocked at how old she is. The reason why I think she would be the oldest would be that she would attract the least amount of attention and get the least amount of creatures to want to hunt her down.
I think Miasma and Ambrosia would attract the most attention though.

Well...keep in mind this picture in general is more of an alternate reality - like Tom and Jerry Kids vs. normal Tom and Jerry.
In normal canon, the queens didn't know each other as little kids - and changelings don't really have plushies
