I'm a new photoshop user...and I'm a bit confused as to how to 'install' the brushes. Once you download them, how do you actually use them?

Great design, by the way...it's beautiful!

HI Potentiality and thanks for your comment ~! In your photoshop files, I think under presets - there is a file called brushes - you can move the file you download to that file and it will load when you open PS. I've so many brushes that I have them in a separate file (on an extra hard drive - brushes and actions can become an obsession!). When you put then in a separate file - which you might file helpful for organizing them- you need to point your photoshop program to that file when you want to load them - so be sure you remember where your brush file is. You open the brush palette which is usually by default in the upper right application bar - you hit the down arrow within that palette and find command "Load brushes" or "replace brushes" (don't worry - you can always hit reset for the default brushes). Then you go to the place you've saved your brushes - I'm moving into the area of "too much info" but one last thing I'll add is that I usually make my own visual file of the brush set and save with the same name as the brushes - then I can use the file browser when I'm looking for a specific brush and find it a lot faster - and don't forget to save info about the creator of the brush set if not your own - it's important to credit people~ I hope this is helpful and best wishes~

do you mind if your brushes are used in a commercial way? i.e. i want to use a brush for a t-shirt design, but don't really know how to give credit for that...

Hi LikitaRenn - Feel free to use as you will~ As you may know, these are from medieval sources (so I'm not the creator - just the digital translator!) I would love to see what you come up with only for my own curiosity and my enjoyment of others' creativity - Thanks for your interest!
