No. It's old abandoned project. Great, Bethesda's approved but abandoned.

Why? Some technical issues or lack of "staff"?

Both. Participants who worked, who studied, and then somehow everything stalled. Just six months ago, I caught the right mood and began to portray something and write a semblance of an abstract in the image of the specifics of the Fallout universe in the USSR.
We contacted Bethesda, received some instructions and explanations about the universe and the place that the USSR occupies in It according to their ideas.
I don't agree with everything, but I respect the key points.
In General, it is the graphic side that is lame - I can draw either by hand or like this.
And so, there are a lot of ideas and materials..)

That would be interesting. No matter how I tried it, no GECK ever started.
In General, "then" it was only about New Vegas, but the most perverse idea was to build the right platform from a hybrid of FNV and TES V, since Skyrim has very interesting mechanics that are not present in New Vegas.
In addition, I planned that the case would take place on the territory of either Siberia or the Far East, and there the scenery and generally excellent-designed nature of "Skyrim" would be very appropriate.
Still, in the Fallout series, you can't look at the environment and nature without pain (but it's not important there, right)
But all this now depends purely on your desire to get into "this" - I can only work instead of an idea generator and share interesting technical things in the style of atompank and retrofuturism originally from the USSR and other countries of the socialist camp.

Hmmm... So Neu Vegas it is huh? Well... It is possible to bring things from Skyrim to NV (except for lighting mechanics, special shaders etc [easily replacable by ENBs]) Yes, Fallout Nature is pretty messed up but look at the things we know: We have seen only western "hot Sandy" countries and Eastern "highly destroyed" Urban countries of the USA. Plus many mods Made these look magnificent and vibrant with beautiful Nature and yet still resembling the long-gone destruction. And now realizing "Ehy would either China or America nuke Siberia gives you clear view of untouched but abandoned place with many bunkers, nuclear missile silos still hiding underground. I Can imagine my Liz visiting USSR Once In KGB suit
I would really love to be part of such big project. To be honest, I messaged you because I wanted to try to make your revolver in F3 (My mainly modding focus) but now... There is more.

Without problems. I think I had the original blueprints for this revolver somewhere.
As for Siberia in Fallout-many people think that Westerns are a phenomenon typical only for America. Frontier, bands of dashing robbers, and the like...
So, this is not so - in the late 19-early 20 century, beyond the Urals and in the far East, it was the same, if not steeper..)
So, New Vegas will be just right, Yes. Simply, instead of sand and cacti, there will be taiga and mountains - the far East is solid mountains.

No..)
Of course, to redo everything at the end of the XIX century-it is easier to open the veins on the "fifth point".
It was meant that the feeling of "frontier" with the right approach will be in the taiga no less than in a typical Prairie as in New Vegas.
And so it would just be a display of how everything was in the Fallout universe on the territory of the USSR and Siberia and the Far East in particular.
I didn't find it in my office, so here you are, about the revolver. Yes, there was a folding knife on top, and the barrels were replaceable under 9.6 mm shot and under 5.45 (I suspect that all the same 5.6 hunting, just in the USSR/Russia for some reason measure the caliber of the fields of rifling and 5.45 mm is actually quite a 5.6)
