He is very adorable! His name is really cute, too. I like the pun~
The 'lil birds are great, their angular, square-ish shape is really unique.
And his anatomy makes him look like a kid, the large head (it seems even bigger with the hat) and the bulky feet and hands. It's interesting how you made the legs skinny and the arms thick.
His clothes also add to the scare crow appearance. He looks like such a likeable and unique character, I like him so much!~

Man, what is it with your character doodles that they plant brilliant story ideas in my head? I'm just picturing this guy trying to scare off some birds, but they just keep being super friendly, and in the end he works out that rather than scare them off, he can lure them away cos they all just hang round him all the time.
