I like the design of the shirt. The ruffles give emphasis to curves without having to be skin tight, and that's very sensual. Although the lighting is nice, I wonder if perhaps it might be washing out your skin amongst the background. Admittedly, I have no idea how it could be done, but if there could be more contrasts between your skin tone and the tone of the rest of the picture, it would "pop" your figure more out from the picture, giving it stronger emphasis.
Pose and stare are wonderful. Hinting at so many different possible intentions. Your makeup compliments your outfit. I am curious about what you're wearing on your arm.
