Long story with this one. I made her as a) an experiment to see if I could make a mermaid, b) a tribute to my fond memories of my favourite Disney character and c) a dedication and big thankyou to the amazing who's beautiful Ariel artwork is unrivalled.Made with lots of embroidery thread and ribbon, she took about an hour to complete. The photography, sebastion, set and idea behind the set are 's, the play dough scenery, curtosy of a 'girly-get-together' at the photo shoot.
I am planning some other Disney characters as well with Snow White and Jasmine right at the top of the list.
