My first Daily Deviation.
I cannot thank enough.
Am more than glad, and encouraged.
To an infinite appetite for food for thought...
Wanted to do this shot for a long time, finally got down to it.

I am so sorry not to have replied to the critique itself. I believe I got caught in the sheer surprise of getting the DD. Having critiqued myself I now realise it is important to reply.
I thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to me to have brought out my message to a viewer via the photograph. I do confess that the focus is not commendable in the shot and it could have been better. But nonetheless, am glad you liked it.
I had always wanted to have a critique on a work of mine, and this being the first, is all the more important to me.

It's okay and actually you are the first one to have ever responded to one of my critiques - so we both win! The focus is off just a bit, but honestly I didn't notice it when I first saw it. I think the overall feel of the photo is captured great and you're welcome!
