Ironic that when Rangiku was Lt. under Isshin, she was serious, etc. Yet when Toshirou became captain, she suddenly became lazy, etc., just like Isshin. I have no doubts Toshirou wondered many times what had happened to that serious, hard-working Rangiku he had remembered when he was Third.
