Oh my goodness this is absolutely beautiful. Just beautiful.
He looks exactly like he does in the show, and his expression show so much emotion (even though it doesn't seem like it does, but it does, because he's Zuko), and I love how you made the whole drawing have like the outline (?) of fire. It looks really cool.
But honestly, words cannot describe how much I love you for this. Really.

Woah. I love how much emotion you can see in his eyes, it's like, really good. Zuko is my all time favorite character from last air bender TV series. He's like, the sympathetic villain you turns good in the end,
