This is for my best friend's, Art Jam.I really wanted to draw Masked Doof, so here he is. I hope you like it.

You know in "the Mask" the animated series they had one episode entitled "Split Personality", where the (wooden)mask gets broken in half split-down-the-middle & Stanley loses the right half of the (wooden)mask, wondering if it will still work even if it's broken he puts the left half on his face & sure enough it does still work but only half-way, the right half of Stanley's body remains normal while the entire left half has transformed into the Mask, allowing both personalities to exist at the exact same time, and Stanley's Mask trouble only doubles when the right half of the (wooden)mask ends up on the face of his old high school bully "Chet Bozzack" which makes the right half of his body a darker more evil incarnation of the Mask, the Chet-Mask then challenges the Stanley-Mask to a duel at their old high school I won't spoil the ending of that episode which you can currently watch on Youtube, but my point is can you possibly imagine that Dr. Doofensmirtz invents a Split-in-half-intor for some prank on his brother, then Perry the Platypus tries to stop him, but just as Doof tries to use it on Perry the (wooden)mask gets in the way of the beam causing it to be split in half, Doof puts the right half of the (wooden)mask on his face & the entire right half of his body becomes this|^|, then the Mask half of Doof tells his other half that with the full (wooden)mask he'll be ALL powerful(literally), Perry then struggles to try & stop Doof but realizes his out matched, so Perry leaps & lands face first into the left half of the (wooden)mask & the entire left half of his body becomes the Mask version of Perry who is able to talk now, then Doofen-Mask & Perry the Mask-ypus duke it out, how it ends...you decide!

I kind of based the suit off of Pretorious from The Mask cartoon. I don't know the character the guy above is talking about.
