This piece is for my 70,000th pageview contest. The winner of that contest got to choose what 80's horror film I will do fanart for next. won and he picked the film "Hellraiser".I really liked the originality of these characters and had a lot of fun drawing them. I remember reading "The Damnation Game" when I was in highschool right after seeing the movie and began drawing people getting ripped apart by chains all the time.
I still haven't seen any of the sequels past the 3rd one, I don't know if I can handle seeing cenobites in space.

NICE!!! My second favorite horror movie series(It's tied with the Puppet Master Series)...Pinhead is AWESOME....and Cenobites is space is hard to handle...after that one I stopped watching Hellraiser.

actually, Bloodline wasn't too bad of a movie. you should watch it and stop there. Hellraiser happens to be my most favorite horror series of all time next to the Alien movies.

Not really a big fan of Hellraiser, but this pic is very cool regardless. I did like some of the outfits on the demonic characters like pinhead. I particularly like the character in the far back with the crazy mouth.

I love this piece.
Of course I am a huge Clive Barker fan. As for the movies.. 5 and 6 are the only other good ones in the series after the first two. Seems like there's a bit of pattern with that.. good, good, bad, bad, good, good, etc.
Either 5 or 6 (yeesh, I can't remember and I own both of em!) Has Kirsty in it, which is kinda cool.

i wasnt really a fan of the movie, i dont know it was like something was missin! but i saw it again cuz back than i wasnt a horror freak and it was awesome! i trully love the Cenobites too! ur right bout the originality when i basicly saw the other 3 after hellrisier shows up i was like wow! there almost cooler than hellraiser but no one can beat hell's style and superfly coolness talkin all like he's the man and if u fuck with em u'll get fucked far worse then when u tried and i mean as in far as an internity of bein fucked!

This is incredible! the Hellraiser series are amoung my favourites, and as cheesy as it sounds (and i was sceptical too) Hellraiser -Bloodline (the one in space) is my favourite. They tie things together really well for as hooky as it seems, the story is stronger than the others and the ceniobites interesting. it's definitly worth seeing.
