This machine will Destroy anything that stands in its way. The Robots main purpose is to Catch Citizens and In Prison them from Revolting against their Ruler the Great Usher.

-White Angle from Robot Hell-

The BUSTE0l -SUIT- was created to Handicap it's Power so it wouldn't be too Destructive. But when Core does get out in does not Capture it Slaughters.
-Project Guillotine- was it's Code name.
When it's Soul Purpose was to kill Quick, and Painless.
The Suit was Created to Harness most of it's power like a Battery.
Without the Conductor -SUIT- Usher would not be able to control it.
