Description
Just something I wanted to make for fun since I bought King of The Monsters on digital. I imagine a scene similar, but not excat, to the meeting between the US Senate and Monarch happening between the UN, GDF and NERV.
Also ignore the fact that Anguirus is portrayed here by his Final Wars design

Commander Namikawa: For 15 years I warned the UN that it was a mistake to assume that the Kaiju were really gone. Now more than ever, the GDF needs your support and your funding if we are to continue to do our job and protect the lives of people around the world from the threat these monsters pose.
Commander Ikari: The Kaiju are a distraction. The Angels are the true threat. And only NERV can defeat them. Without an A.T. Field, your oversized robots are of little use.
Commander Namikawa: Only because you still refuse to provide us with the technology that makes the Evangelion work, otherwise we would be able to make our own. Our organisations have been tasked with working together to defend mankind from the Kaiju and the Angels, but you won't even tell us how the Evas are constructed or how they function.Β
Chairman Keel: Up until now there was no need to share that information. However, the reemergence of Godzilla and his fellow monsters requires change in procedure. Miss Namikawa makes valid points that the Global Defence Force has been neglected, and in the past they have proven to be able to hold their own against the Kaiju. However, Ikari is correct in pointing out that any threat posed by the Kaiju is moot if we do not defeat the Angels. Their victory would mean the end of everything.
Dr. Serizawa: The Kaiju themselves may be the answer.
That's some of the stuff I imagine comes up in the meeting. What else do you think would be said?

I feel Gendo would provoke Serizawa on some level.
Serizawa: They are not monsters. They are animals, fighting to regain a world that once theirs.
Gendo: If one did not know any better, it sounds as if you are attempting to protect them, Dr. Serizawa. It's as if you admire them.
Serizawa: I admire ALL forms of life, Mr. Ikari.
