I want to start off by saying, I am not doing this as means for clickbaiting. I'm not someone who feels the need to do that, so please don't think that of me. That said, I was watching the music video for Godzilla: Singular Point's opening theme song, in case by BiSH, when I noticed the image you are seeing here. I believe we've just seen Godzilla's third form ladies and gentlemen, and while it's not the greatest look at it, it seems my theory about him becoming a form that resembles Gorosaurus might not seem too far off. The head to me is a dead giveway, as it has that very Gorosaurus look and feel. Like with Godzilla's previous forms, the dorsal spines/spikes ar still present, which I'm really digging ^^
