One thing that's always come to mind for an RWBY/Godzilla crossover, is that Ruby Rose would be a kaiju sympathizer, especially towards Godzilla himself. Naturally, I see this causing her to be given some strange looks (even from her sister, though Yang still supports her regardless) and maybe even some threats. Yet despite all of this, Ruby continues to do what she feels is right, willing choosing to not hate the King of The Monsters.
