Same here but honestly Jurassic World feels more like a true spiritual successor to Jurassic Park then The Lost World: JP AND JPIII

I don't agree.Β Lost World was a good sequel and Jurassic World was just INDESCRIBABLY AMAZING but Jurassic Park III was unnecessary.

JP III is ok not great just ok. I still enjoy it but I don't like that the Spinosaurus was a monster I mean why is chasing these people beyond the boundaries of it's territory? Come on Joe Johnston. You did Jumanji; you can do better...

Yeah, that thing was just TOO persistent and that "fight" was just bad.Β However, the way the CGI was integrated with the animatronics was amazing.

Aside from those effects and how they were integrated, there were 2 scenes that made the movie enjoyable to me:
1.Β The Pteranodon scene.Β This was the first time we got these things inaction.Β The Lost World may have introduced us to them but it was the third movie that gave us a glimpse of how dangerous Pteranodon could have been.Β Plus the one that gives the death stare to Paul and Alan sent chills down my spine.
2.Β The Spinosaurus river scene.Β The Spinosaurus my have been too over powered, it may have made many fans of the series angry at it, it may have been too persistent.Β However, the river scene was tense.Β It also got a bit of Spinosaurus RIGHT as it was a fishing dinosaur.Β The rain, the music, even the setting was cool.Β
Those 2 scenes made the movie to me.

If I had to give the whole series ratings they'd be as follows:
Jurassic Park: 5/5
The Lost World Jurassic Park: 4/5
Jurassic Park III: 3/5
Jurassic World: 4.5/5

True but I stopped listening to reviews and critics last year.Β I watched Jeremy Jahns review of JW and he came to the conclusion that if you were to enjoy JW, you'd have to be drunk.Β I unsubscribed.Β But yes, if I had to rate the series, it's my second favorite series despite JP being my all time favorite movie.

I understand. I admit some of Jeremy's reviews have been disappointing. Some movies I enjoyed he gave bad scores

Like one of the recent ones like Gods of Egypt. I thought it was good but he called it dogshit.

I've seen Gods of Egypt and didn't really like it that much.Β Ridley Scott made it but the man is an Atheist.

Yes.Β That a dumb moment for me.Β That movie looks fun.Β Another cool looking movie that Jeremy labeled as dog crap was Priest, which looks really good.

Rather than listen to critics, I listen to movie goers.Β Good Bad Flicks said it was good and that a sequel needs to be made.

No offense, but I think that the "No Strings" thing is more fitting for Kiryu.

Oh, don't worry. I know how it can be, so i understand. I really look forward to the next reviews, and i'm fine with waiting for them. But for now, letΒ me just say how awesome i think this is. And i feel this would be a perfect way to summarize Spacegodzilla and his evil ways.

Thanks bro. I really feel like SpaceGodzilla woulde be like MCU Ultron. That evil yet charming personality suits ol' Xenilla to a capital "T". That's why I gave him Ultron's lines. In my Godzilla/Marvel universe, SpaceG is out to prove he's nobody's puppet. Everyone is a pawn in "his" game

kahnac In reply to Sideswipe217 [2015-06-12 02:33:34 +0000 UTC]
Ooooh, nice. And that IS fitting for Xenilla, too. A kaiju smarter, and more evil than any others before him, who isvery difficult to beat, and is a master manipulator who plays others like "puppets". Yes, all this is true, and so the idea is more than fitting for the crystal tyrant. Especially since he's nobodies stooge, not now, not ever.

kahnac In reply to Sideswipe217 [2015-06-12 03:08:25 +0000 UTC]
No he does not. And that is why he's one of the big bads, and my personal favorite. Aside from Grand King Ghidorah and Bagan, of course.

Same here. He's right up there with King Ghidorah and Destoroyah as Godzilla's deadliest enemies. Hedorah would be up there but he doesn't have the mental capacity the other three have. I mean afterall...
King Ghidorah - Kills entire planets and races for no other reason then his own boredom
SpaceGodzilla - Wants to replace Godzilla and prove he's stronger
Β Destoroyah - Wants revenge on mankind for turning him/her/it into an abomination of nature like Goji

Indeed. hence why i've considered the to be the "Dark Trio" of toho. Because all 3 of them have left the biggest impact on the series, are all the most well known of the rouges galery, and are the most fearsome and powerful of the lot. And yes, i agree Hedorah is more like a beast than anything. And i agree with what you say, though if i might add...
King Ghidorah-also seems like a total sadist who enjoys killing and destroying, hence why he love3s being a planet killer so much.
SpaceGodzilla-may want to kill his double to prove he's better, but he's also a conqueror who wants to rule the world, and possibly the galaxy as well, for his own horrible desires.
Destoroyah-I can picture that way, though i also see him as a creature who is more influenced by the OD than some can imagine, and is trying to fulfill its purpose of bringing destruction to everything/one that lives.
Y'know, it's funny how complex these guys turn out to be, isn't it?
