I actually didn't design Ryueon, but a friend of mine did and this is a sketch I drew of it. I love the little star by the wingtips!
Oh yeah, Ryueon is a dragon-type. Doesn't he look so relaxed?

Very nice on the wings.
The head sort of reminds me of the old version Gelert on Neopets.com...Perhaps make it look more like vaporion/flarion's head? (But you can keep the ear things, those are cool!)
