Nooo, the symbol on neji's forehead is actually an ancient buddhist symbol called the manji in Japanaese and the wan in Chinese. It is a reverse swastika. The nazi's took that symbol and reversed it and used it as their own during the war so everyone thinks it's just a nazi symbol now.

That's funny, the swastika symbol has existed in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Germany, dated back to 2nd century BC in Indian Religions yet Germans can claim the entire symbol as their own? Okay, I guess they just don't give a shit about the history of the rest of the world then.
Also funny how a Japanese mangaka would take the GERMANIC symbol of the sun for Neji's swastika instead of the Buddhist one. But I guess Germany has the right to claim the entire symbol as their own. They are the center of the world after all! The more I know~
