I want make sprites like pokemon black/white, but i need a good program for animate sprites that have a tool that rotates and transforms without mess up pixels ;=;, if you know some program like that tell me.I used photoshop and sai.

This is really well animated, I enjoy watching it. The legs and the tail are pretty well drawn and I just really like it. I like how you added hair to it, it really added to the character impact. I can tell you really did put effort into it, the technique in this deviantation shows. There's only one problem here and correct me if I'm wrong but this is supposed to be a Pokemon OC or something? No offense but it kind of looks more like a Digimon than a Pokemon. I think it's because of the head shape. Other than that, I see nothing wrong.

Nope, its a original character, i never said that its a fanchara, i dont like pokemon oc, i only want make sprites like black and white.
