Ahahaha, I knew there was a reason why I watched the news XD

So, Denmark and Russia, and Denmark's a little angry with Russia. Why? Because Russia's been caught trying to spy. Actually, truthfully, Denmark should be manhandling Finland, here, since it's a Finn who was... ah, hm.. Right, rambling.

The case is about the Finnish professor at Copenhagen University, Timo Kiwimäki, who was caught by PET (Danish version of FBI, I guess?)(It stands for Politiets Efterretningstjeneste) giving names an information to some people from the Russian Embassy in Denmark. He has just been judged guilty under the mild spy law for exchanging summaries of meetings, 4 CVs of people in the Danish Centre for Military Studies, some reports, some lists of students and a CV of the director of the Centre for Military Studies. ...This was more or less quote/un-quote from the Danish paper Politiken's article. It should be mentioned that since he worked at the faculty of Political Science, the students are those who will sit in Denmark's government later on. Or likely those sitting in the government XD

He was sentenced to five months in prison.

Yeah, so! This drawing is of course not what's happening, because Denmark doesn't have the power or political clout to blame Russia for anything and besides, most of my friends thinks that being spied on by Russia is kinda cool. Yeah... Danes are pretty laid-back and we generally have good relations to Russia.

Denmark's "repay comment comes off the fact that since Denmark is one of the only countries in Europe with no past grievances against Russia (little things like this not-with-standing), when Denmark has the presidency of Union we usually work to help Russia work better with Europe. Also, we gave him a princess. Also, we've helped him fight Sweden (well, or he helped us, whichever). Also we helped him after the fall of Soviet.

Ah, I hope I didn't lose everyone with my ramblings. ..ah, well.
