I have had this view in my mind for a longer time, as it is directly on my running route. I just imagined the scene with a bit of snow and decided to wait for the right conditions. I have already got up in December to get there, but as I opened the window and felt those -17°C, I just felt it wasn´t that time Finally in spring I got ready for it, even though it has been raining for almost a month, but the patience paid off. And given the fact the "spring" -7°C haven´t really felt well on my toes when biking there and back, I thing it really was a smart decision in December...
