ANOTHER superheroine...I NEED TO POST SOME FRICKIN' VILLIANS ALREADY! The amount of heroes here is too damn high!
Moving on... this is Pulsar, Shooting Star's twin sister. Based her off of heroes like Nova and Quasar...

Description: When they crashlanded on Earth, the two aliens that would become the heroes Shooting Star and Pulsar had a nasty fight. Being the dirty fighter that she was, Shooting Star blasted Pulsar in the face with an intense sunbeam, which marred her (which is why she prefers to keep the mask on in the company of friends).
They went their separate ways, and Shooting Star found the Fortune Crew, while Pulsar was found by the team (which currently remains unnamed) consisting of Skathe, RepliKate, Khemdr, Spektrum, and Molybdenum.
Shooting Star gained reputation and fame quickly as part of the Fortune Crew, with the populous unaware of the terrible action she took against her own sister.
Pulsar also became a hero, fighting alongside those who found her. The skirmish with her sister changed her forever, and she grew increasingly spiteful and bitter towards her sister with each passing day, unbeknownst to her fellow teammates. She plotted a way to forever shame her sister.
One day, opportunity knocked. And it knocked hard.
The Fortune Crew was to receive the key to the city. And Pulsar knew that her brat twin was going to be there.
Skathe, who had become an older brother figure (and then some...
) to Pulsar (for he had scars of his own, which he hides behind his mask) tried to stop her, but to no avail.During the middle of the ceremony, Pulsar snatched up her sister, and the fight began.
The Fortune Crew was pretty much helpless to stop them, since Shooting Star was the only one on the team who could fly.
Skathe and the rest of his teammates came to help stop the skirmish to, but to no avail.
Shooting Star had the edge at the beginning of the battle. However, after three hours of intense battle, Shooting Star found herself at the mercy of the sister she had wronged.
Pulsar forced her to make a confession to all the citizens of the city, and to their teammates. Shooting Star lost a lot of trust that day.
Now, Shooting Star and Pulsar have become allies again...
