Just constructive criticism.
The waist is garishly small. I don't want to be rude, but it is almost uncomfortable to look at. It is possible to draw a character with this body, but it should be more cartoony. Also, a part of it is the head seems off. The neck should connect to the throat and chin.
Otherwise, the shading is great, the hair is nice, and the hands are well drawn. Just my advice would to be to give her some body fat or cartoonify the style a bit.
