The parents pass the passed out pony know as Pound Cake!

This is my submission for NATG X: Day 4! Today's prompt was "Draw A Passed Out Pony / Draw a Pony Chasing Their Dreams." Back with aliterating titles! This is meant to sort of be a play on words for "Passed Out Pony." Originally I was thinking, like, if you had a bag of mini ponies and you were passing them out to people; or perhaps even that "It's dangerous to go alone, take this [pony]" meme (both of which would've been difficult to draw: either draw lots of mini ponies, or try to draw a hand, your pick! xD ), but in the end I decided on this idea that the "Passed out pony" was Pound Cake being passed out between parents, so the he could be set off to bed Which makes him doubly a "pass out pony!" I wonder what dreams he could be chasing in his sleep? And I chose Pound Cake instead of Pumpkin Cake merely so I didn't have to draw her bow, haha xD

Anyhoof, I'm actually surprisingly quite happy with this one! I thought I'd be short on time, but I was pretty good on time; I didn't think I'd get time to shade, but I got time to shade; and I was worried my first time drawing a baby pony would go poorly, and I think it looks pretty perfectly proportioned! And Pound looks super cute, which was also a goal of course :3 I'm also surprisingly happy with the Mr. Carrot Cake I drew, and also the hooves of Mrs. Cup Cake for some reason xD They're simple and mostly in the background, but still important. And I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to draw Mrs. Carrot Cake's face correctly (or if I was going to have time to, which I had plenty in the end). I guess everything just turned out well today for getting a drawing done! Hopefully the trend continues!
