Goal!My submission for NATG XIII, Day 6! Today's (or yesterday's ... ) prompt was "Draw a pony playing a sport / Draw a pony experiencing the bliss of triumph or the agony of defeat." And yes, I did do "today's" prompt! I was just busy today and didn't get to finish it until later x.x So Imma have to submit it to the Make Up day, haha. But otherwise (at least in my timezone) I still finished it on the day, so I say it counts -w- Felt there was no reason to add extra pressure to myself. And hey, if I got to draw Dashie experiencing the bliss of triumph as she play's sport, it's only fitting I experiencing the agony defeat as I miss the deadline! xD
And either way, I knew I had to finished today's prompt, being the absolute quintessential Rainbow Dash prompt! Look at that cocky confident strike into the goal. She don't even gotta look~ -w- But really, I haven't checked the gallery for today yet, but if it isn't full of Dashie's, I'm going to be extremely disappointed xD
One of the more fun parts of this drawing was actually drawing the background, in the end! Fun with drawing the court and MLP:FiM's nice and satisfying simple cartoon background style, in my opinion. Dashie's pose was a little difficult to get down, but I think I like what I went for in the end -w-
