I love all the different gradiations of color the just float throughout this photo. a good representation to me of the colorful lives of fishermen (they may or may not be fishermen, but this is what the image brings to mind) and on that note, the amber water must be a fulfilling breath of air for men who may spend all their days surrounded by blue and more blue.
I'm really intrigued by how all the aspects of it, except for the sky, which all take up the same amount of photo. brilliant!

Absolutely wonderful composition. I love that the focus is in the darkened middle ground, yet the forground and backgroung has significant interest and beautiful colour! There is also lovely movement, which portrays a good deal of happiness, for me anyway!
