hmmm i'm not an expert photo shop user, i use kind of color balance, color layer... burn here and there... thats all, but i dont know if you asking about the flow, cause every photo that i have using different method just pop out when i'm doing it

i use color balance to get the tone, so you can desaturate it if you want to see it in bw... thanks mate!
