It is a girl, probably homeless; when I saw her she really liked and admired this particular scrap of paper. The title led me to another interpretation and made me laugh.

"Probably homeless", I really do not know. In Portugal many cats do not have a proper home, but on the other hand people feed them, animals existing together and people are taking care of them. Being homeless doesn't have to be always a tragedy, I hope.
