I used the Sigma 10-20mm (lens for crop cameras)

And did it project a big enough image circle for the 1,3x crop sensor? Or was this cropped afterwards?

I didn't crop it. Just stamped the corners a little bit.
Beginning with 12-13mm you'll get no black space.
[link] and [link] are also (non-cropped) ~10mm shots.
It's really funny with such a low focal length.
