Rarity going to Canterlot... in style.This artwork was a pain to finish. Even till now I don't think its finished yet, but I have to get it out of the way so I can get more artowrks done.
With Rarity's love for gems and diamonds, the Lamborghini Aventador was the closest I can get to her desires. For her uniqueness, the Aventador is also rocking BBS F1 Forged Wheels.
I try to keep her outfit simple since the excess accessories would get in the way of the driving experience.
I will try to do the other mane 6 and some bg ponies overtime.

An Aventador?

Yeah, Rarity actually fits with most luxury cars. I was about to draw her with a BMW, a Rolls Royce, or a Bently. But once I saw the Aventador, to me it looks like a big gem (since she loves gems). You may never know. She might drive another car.

Actually, the reason behind all those squared-off angles is because the Aventador takes its inspiration from the Reventon, which in turn was inspired by the F-117A Nighthawk

I LOVE how you let her keep her hoves and didn't give her hands like so many people do when they draw horse anthros. People say they wouldn't be able to hold onto things but why can't they just have extra strength in their wrists?

Personal preference, really. I like both if they're done right.
Though sometimes hoof hands make them look like amputees if not done right, but the way you did this looks good.
