The first impression I got when I saw this drawing was: ''OMG What's happening there?''. I feel so sad for the Charmander and that's the reason why I love that benevolent Bulbasaur!
In terms of originality, this is the most original drawing I see in months! (Not joking) Really! I never thought on the idea of seeing a Bulbasaur saving a Charmander's life! (NEVER!) And that's another thing that catches my attention.
The only reason why I put 4 stars in technique was because it was done as a sketch, I don't know if I'm right (I'm talking about what I've seen) and nothing else. If I could see this drawing colored I could put 5 stars without thinking. Cause you made the tree branch falling's effect so awesome and that's giving more realism to the drawing!
I can see on this drawing that you love Pokemon so much and that's made my day! (Yay!) Really! This drawing is amazing! Hope my critique'll help you :3

This is beautifully done! I absolutely love this! You drew this flawlessly, really. Each detail and then the picture overall with Charmander and Bulbasaur... it's great. You did an excellent job on this, truly, you did. I love this, a lot. <3
