What kind of techniques did you use for the color? like layer effects (multply etc) brushes, or other things alike those.
Or if you have any tips for color/lighting that would be helpful

i use soft air brush for the skin. i just choose the color and mix it with blur tool , then add the highlight
for the hair i just use regular thin pencil, a bit blur also to mix the color
