Good but it needs to do more with the lettering. Say shapes made of the coding would work. Definantly get rid of green in middle.

I agree with everyone else, but I bet this is going to be a very popular wallpaper. Anything to do with the matrix is popular on the net. Nice work, keep up the good work...

I like it. Its extemely simple and empty, but its also very sharp and clean. It could use something else. I am not sure at all what, but I know it needs to be there. As the image is now it looks like it could be really good, but I just don't feel that its there just yet.
