Description
This is a WIP sprite sheet for Caesar. I'm not able to work on it much as I'd like to so, if anyone out there want s to help make the sheet better, I'd very much appreciate it. I took alot of inspiration from Megaman and Megaman X to make this sheet. Everything is scratch made.
*edit* Made some changes to the sheet. Caesar's hoodie looks ALOT better now.

oh boy. Dabs aside, I've not seen many Shantae fan games, and yours looks like it could actually be an official game from Way forward. I'm pretty excited for it!
