Little is known about Lesser’s past but that he is an orphan that lived secretly in the pokemon graveyard when he was little, surprisingly he was the only human that got along with the wild ghost pokemon that lived there, but as years passed; Lesser found out that the graveyard was going to be demolished so a Poke Tower could be built in the area Lesser decided to move on, he leaved the town in other to find a better future.
Years passed and Lesser at the age of 16 is became one of the most wanted criminals of Kanto (irony?), an sneaky thief that will take anything valuable by disguising himself to another person such as a police, professor, or even a female trainer, Lesser had master the arts of disguise, as Lesser lived a life of luxury, he immediately was getting bored of this lifestyle, he then heard a knock on the door, as he opened the door, there was nobody outside, he closed the door and went back to his living room just to see a green hair guy with a kirlia alongside him he then said: “I know who you are, and all I can say is that I’m impressed of such talent you have, so I decide that you should be part of our team, if that’s okay with you” Lesser had straight look on the guy, he saw the red r symbol on the green hair guy’s shirt, Lesser realized that he was a member of the team rocket, just began to make Lesser. The mysterious guy saw him puzzled, then Lesser walk towards him and said: “Where do I sign partner? Shiheheh”

Relationships:

He spends most of the setting cruel pranks on some of the grunts but his favorite target happens to be , likes to annoy some of the executives such as and , and spends most of his time in Takashi’s lab [link] playing around.

Pokemon Party:

Hiita: She appears to be selfish, pompous and spoiled, used to having her own way. She can also act arrogant and cruel, but despite that she is very loyal to her master, not matter what happens she will always be on his side to protect him.

Rots: Not very intelligent and can be easily duped.

Blob: Quite dynamic. He varies from smug and cocky to disquieted and depressed after his major defeats, but shows himself to be an incredibly serious and determined fighter when confronted with an actual challenge

Akku: Likes to toy around with his opponents and victims in a sadistic and cruel way, he has a complete and utter lack of fear and doubt, never been seen looking nervous, flustered, scared, startled, or surprised by any turn of events, but finds great entertainment in it, regardless of who they affect.

Zapo: He has a habit of saying he owns everything and then having to apologize afterwards for getting ahead of him, he does this because he is an “ambitious pokemon”.

Kurai: He's shown to be cruel, cunning and a sadistic, he fights simply for the thrill of the battle, and also loves inflicting pain on his opponents.
