I really like the feeling of your illustration.
The only thing is that if her pupils were not so dark, it would attract attention to her eyes and make the illustration more frightening.

Normally I'd think that there'd be too much red going on, but even with the red dress and pink hair and red background, it all goes together so well. I think her white skin contrasts the heavy dark colour so well.
