This is just the sketch to a painting I'm.. oh so slowly.. working on. Don't expect to see it finished anytime soon as I'm currently bogged down with a thousand other things, but I thought I'd share the sketch because it finally has the entire, unwieldy cast of my story gathered all in one spot.
From left to right:
K'zo, Aeana, Chari, Clia, Raven, Crow, Ibis, Mistri, Atiisha, Amadea, Juta, Anira, Nessi, Sky, Snow, Morte, Ash, Dawn, and Tagus.
Sorry for the size, but if I shrank it down any further, it would be invisible. The original of this spans four sheets of paper.

Nice sketch, very nice layout, simple but it works! My one bit of advice would be to alter some the of the faces, hair styles and designs as they seem to bit samey and simplistic, but its a sketch so I can understand if there are details lacking! I'm really liking the designs you came with for Amadea, Nessi, and Sky the though, they look great! Keep up the good work, hopefully I can find my way back to see the finished version! lol

I'll probably use Photoshop or Painter unless I'm feeling extremely motivated to use some sort of traditional medium.

Thats so cool, drawing all of your character together.. I should do something like it if it werent for the tiny problem in me doing it.... I have 56 diffrent characters.
But still... Someday, I'll do it.

This looks awesome. I love character portraits that go for something new. What scares me is that I have twice the amount of characters as you do. That's scary.

Yes. Not ALL of them are main characters but there are a lot of people that come and go and play some importance. I have one story where there is a comfortable set of characters, and another where there is an insane amount of people. I tried to do a big group picture but I still left out a lot of characters!
