I had an Invader Zim fanfic on fanfiction.net back in 2003 called 'Monsters Within' which I had so much fun with. It was online for a year without incident, and from the reviews, I gathered people had enjoyed it. Then one day, the admins over there deleted it without warning, and gave me a temporary suspension, because I had broken their new rule: a story cannot be in script format.

I was upset to see the story go, and irritated that only prose is accepted as a legitimate story. We should have more creative freedom than that.

Years later, I toyed with the idea of making a comic version of the same story. A mate of mine said I'd never do it. Therefore, I have done it. Or started to, at least.

Here's page 1. I'll put up the other pages too. Don't expect much from this, I work on it pretty rarely, in fact in 2009 I only made 2 pages. I think at some stage though I'd like to put the original fic back online. It's old now but I still like it.
