I use garrys mod to but when i got this it fucked up my player models and other stuff so yeah i never can use this ragdoll you lucky bastard

Dude... go to C:\program files\steam\steamapps\yourusername\garrysmod\garrysmod
then save the "data" and "SAVE" files somewhere else, then back out to yourusername and delete the garrysmod folder.
Once you've done that, go on steam and reinstall it, then put your save and data folders back in the right places, and go redownload your mods... I say redownload because one of them may be the problem.
^_^ Hope this helps... I have to do this once in a while when I totally screw everything up. ^^
